6/18 Update:Found broken shover handle (tenant destroyer) and called again Service Pros. Again, Vince come and fixed/reassured handle.Quick response, skilled tech, and reasonable price is the best description of Service Pros.Tenant makes kitchen faucet wobbling quarter of inch. To prevent leak or flood I called Service Pros and next day have Vince at apartment door. Very nice and skilled guy who fixed the faucet and gave different options in case I decide to install a new faucet.Kudos to professionals as Vince is.

The previous owner had DIY'd in a garbage disposal and the plumbing was flowing upwards to the exit pipe, then sealed with silicone. Service Pros came out and had everything redone to code within 2 hours at a reasonable price. Professional, clean and courteous. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

We recently moved into a home that had a water softener installed and we were not familiar with how to use it. The softener hadn't been used in awhile so we weren't sure it was working. Mark with Service Pros came to the house to do an initial full-house inspection of our plumbing. As new, first time house owners, I had zero issues paying for this service fee, though most plumbers do free quotes.The value of Mark going through the whole house plumbing features, educating me along the way, taking digital photos and notes for later reference (if need be), and pointing out potential issues that could arise, far outpriced the actual service fee. I left the consult more knowledgeable about my house. Even more, I saw how detailed oriented and educated Mark is (definitely a distinguishing factor than other plumbers I have worked with). As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, Mark has undoubtedly become a trusted source of knowledge and expertise.Another thing that I appreciated was how efficient he was, even while being extremely thorough.
